ICF foundations and walls

Major League Builder’s Group also has experience with ICF foundations and walls, working with trusted form systems including Logix, Fox Blocks and Nudura. Our team understands the importance of precision, durability and proper installation when building with ICF systems, helping create strong, efficient foundations and wall structures for a wide range of construction projects.

Glulam, CLT & DLT

We install glulam beams and structural components for projects requiring strength, long spans, and clean architectural design. Glulam is a durable and versatile option for both structural support and exposed wood features.

CLT = Cross-Laminated Timber
It’s made by stacking layers of lumber in alternating directions and bonding them together. It creates large, strong panels often used for walls, floors, roofs, elevator shafts, and structural building panels.

DLT = Dowel-Laminated Timber
It’s made from dimensional lumber boards joined together with hardwood dowels, usually without glue or metal fasteners. It’s often used for floor and roof panels, especially where a natural exposed wood ceiling is wanted.

Glulam = Glue-Laminated Timber
This is usually used for beams, columns, arches, and large structural supports.

Mass Timber & Special Projects

We install mass timber systems for projects requiring strength, precision, and efficient construction. Mass timber provides durable structural performance while offering a clean, natural architectural finish.

We provide in-house design and detailing for wall panels, floor systems, and deck systems, helping streamline the construction process from planning through installation. Our team can support panel, floor, and deck design requirements to ensure each component is accurately detailed and ready for efficient on-site assembly.
